H-1B Visa

We offer flat-rate pricing for H-1B visa cases. If you’re an employee seeking an H-1B visa, please have your employer contact us directly, and we would be happy to discuss establishing a service contract.

The H-1B process typically begins in January or February to meet the March lottery deadline. The lottery system has recently changed, allowing us to offer a single flat fee for lottery entry, with additional fees only if the employee is selected.

Most H-1B candidates hold a 4-year degree and a job offer aligned with their field of study, though we’ve successfully handled cases without a degree. Our typical process involves:

The employee graduates and begins work on Optional Practical Training (OPT).

The employer contacts us in January.

We submit the lottery application in March.

Lottery results are announced in late March or early April.

If selected, we handle the full petition process through to visa approval, usually by October 1.

We also assist with H-1B cases for employers abroad and for cap-exempt employers like universities. Our experience spans a wide range of roles, including software engineers, scientists, PR specialists, and recruiters. We’ve successfully managed complex cases and maintain agreements with multiple companies across the U.S.

H-2B Visas

H-2B visas are ideal for employers with high seasonal labor demands—such as landscapers, forestry companies, ski resorts, and businesses in resort towns like Jackson and West Yellowstone.

These visas work best when:

You need many workers for the same role

You can demonstrate a clear seasonal need

You begin the process at least six months in advance

There are two H-2B hiring seasons: starting April 1 and October 1. The process is complex and subject to change, but despite the lottery system, our team has successfully brought more than 500 workers to the U.S. for seasonal work.

Let us help you meet your seasonal staffing needs, contact us directly.

Fiancé Visas (K-1 Visas)

Planning to marry someone living abroad? A fiancé visa may be the first step in bringing your partner to the U.S.

Each couple’s situation is unique. Immigration rules change frequently, so it’s important to schedule a meeting to determine if a fiancé visa is the best and fastest option for you.
